1. Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes. If you’ve subscribed to a TinyChat Premium plan via CooMeet, your subscription will auto-renew based on the billing cycle you selected. To cancel, please visit the CooMeet customer support page, enter your payment details, and follow the prompts to stop renewal.
Note: If you purchased a Diamonds package, these are one-time purchases and will not auto-renew.
2. Can I delete my account?
Currently, TinyChat does not store any personal user data or permanent accounts. As such, there is no need—or functionality—to delete an account. However, we are actively working on features that may offer more profile control in the future.
3. Can I be unblocked?
If your account has been blocked by our moderation team due to a violation of our platform guidelines, this decision is final. We do not offer an appeal or unblock process at this time.
4. Can I get a refund?
All billing and refunds are handled by CooMeet, not TinyChat. Please refer to CooMeet’s refund policy for complete information and eligibility criteria. If you believe you’re entitled to a refund, contact their support team directly via their official website.
